Wow, it's been a long time since I posted. Ive only finished 2 pot holders since I last posted. But... I joined the Ebony Elite KAL that concludes April 14 and I do belive I'll get the sweater finished. It's for GD #1. She's only 5. I started it the end of February. It's worked from bottom up - the body's complete, I've added the first sleeve and am working on the second sleeve.
On the sewing front, I decided to bite the bullet. I've been going to the Sassy Sewer and Blondell has been helping me work on fitting myself. I've had one fitting and brought the first draft home. Hopefully, I'll get back with the second draft by next weekend.
I'm still gaining weight. I'm only weighing myself once a month any more than that was depressing! I leave for Vegas on the 12th of next month. I hope to at least be able to make one outfit to wear.
Easter is Sunday, I'm cooking so there's no sewing this weekend. Maybe Monday.
