I've been having trouble for quite a while leaving comments on other blogs. I just saw this fix and am passing it on in case anyone else needs it. Go to your sign-in page and uncheck the box that says "stay signed in". It worked for me. Thanks Shams and Gwen!

Interesting. I wondered why you showed up as Anonymous and then signed your name. You didn't use to do that. I'll keep in mind in case I am so afflicted :)
